The BULKTILTER®, a container tilting system developed and manufactured by Zeppelin Systems Latin America, has become a key element in reducing the logistics costs of powdered and granular raw materials.
It enables the loading and unloading of pelletized raw materials and industrial powder products transported in standard 20’ containers (ISO 668:1995) equipped with an internal liner.
Advantages of the BULKTILTER®:
The system allows tilting of containers transported on standard trailers or bogies, eliminating the need for tipper
trucks or silo trucks.
Flexibility in truck selection represents a significant advantage, reducing raw material supply logistics costs.
Reduction of packaging material costs, as well as handling, loading, unloading, and dry bulk material management, eliminating the need for big bags.
Robust equipment manufactured in carbon steel. It features a hydraulic unit and automated controls fully integrated with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). It also includes an HMI (Human Machine Interface) with intuitive graphical operation, ensuring full operational autonomy.
Enables global sourcing strategies.
In combination with the CDU – Container Discharge Unit, it allows efficient, clean, and cost-effective transfer of raw materials from truck to silo.
Optionally, an AGU (Air Generation Unit) can be integrated. This compact and mobile unit generates and cools conveying air at the appropriate pressure and flow rate for pneumatic conveying systems.
Count on Zeppelin Systems Latin America as your partner to deliver solutions that generate measurable operational and economic benefits for your company.
