JMB Zeppelin supplied a dedusting system including all main components to a new cement plant in the Caribbean.

The supplied components comprised filters, receiving, extraction and cement unloading equipment for capacities from 4.500 to 60.000 m3/h, operating at temperatures up to 110º C.

Filters were specially developed in order to meet the real necessities of cement industries and the mineral market. They entirely suit severe environmental requirements.

JMB Zeppelin’s new filter line, type M, consists of high performance and flexible bag filters in modular construction. They were specially designed to meet with demanding requirements of basic industries. Because of their engineering characteristics, assembly time at site can be reduced up to 30%.

From now on, this new plant operates with modular filters from the new JMB Zeppelin filter line. By that choice, the client assured his conformity with the present environmental requirements.

JMB Zeppelin also supplied supervision for assembly and installation of all equipment, thus ensuring complete success of this phase of the project.

Through this investment, the Caribbean company demonstrates its leadership in technology. JMB Zeppelin, a member of the German Zeppelin Group, is proud of having participated in this important project.
