To thank you for your participation, which is very important for Zeppelin, a basic basket will be donated to the Charity Institution for each Customer Satisfaction Survey received.
The Maria Amélia Institution that received the action in September/2019 regarding the questions answered in the 2nd semester 2018 and 1st semester 2019, has important social actions in the region and meets by the name of "Agents of Hope".
The Agents of Hope help 50 needy families registered in the Institution, shelters for children and the elderly, homeless people in São Bernardo do Campo and Diadema.
For more than 10 years, Zeppelin has been serving this program of assistance to the needy community through the return of the satisfaction survey.
