Zeppelin Systems held its 2nd international food technology seminar on 27th of november 2014



With lecturers from Germany, Chile and Brazil, Zeppelin Systems Latin America offered its customers and friends the 2nd 9 (nine) hours seminar on food technology in Guarulhos, SP.

In a nice and relaxed atmosphere the many innovations from Reimelt Technology in the food area were presented, comprising:

• Continuous dough production technology;
• Experience with CODOS;
• Hygienic designs EHEDG;
• Protection in case of explosion risk;
• Sugar handling and grinding;
• Dough processing / continuous fermentation;
• Batch control, traceability of recipes.

The company Fritsch, invited by Zeppelin Systems Latin America, a German leader in baked goods automatic forming and sheeting equipment covered the technology for delicatessen and different specialties.

• Introduction of the company;
• Markets and products;
• Technology.

The quality of the questions and answers confirmed the great interest of the audience in the innovations presented.

Between sessions, the welcome coffee, lunch, intervals and closing coffee offered an excellent opportunity for the participants to engage in specific discussions with lecturers and colleagues.
